"Warashiyama Carbon" is our processing technology that supports various functions through unique development of materials (primary products), including continuous micro-hole machining, outer and inner diameter processing of round bars, and versatile machining capabilities for various cutting processes, prototypes, small quantities, and mass production. By applying machining of fine shapes with dimensional accuracy of ±0.02 or less, we can also accommodate components that require precision, such as robot pins. The dimensions of screw threads need to be adjusted based on the material of the counterpart, and in the case of CFRP, we can finish them to suitable dimensions.
